Fall Field Trip (Farm Outing)

Rain plan: The farm is open rain or shine! However, we will not picnic for lunch together if it rains.

 

Join us on Saturday, October 22 for a day-trip up north to Homestead Farm in Poolesville, MD. We will meet at the farm at 10AM and have a lunch picnic together around 12PM. Please feel free to invite your friends! Rides and carpools can be provided from church. There is a haystack play area for young children, as well as animals to see. Please talk to Jessica or text (571) 455-6261 if you have any questions or need any assistance. Don’t forget to bring your favourite board games. See ya there!

• Take River Road west through Potomac. Go about 12 miles down River Road to the T-bone stop sign.

• Turn left to continue along River Road. 

• Turn right onto Partnership Road (2.3 miles). 

• Turn right onto Sugarland Road (1.5 miles). 

• Arrive at Homestead Farm on left.
